Refund Eligibility
In the event of a booking cancellation, Hosface offers a flexible refund structure based on the timing of the cancellation. If a user cancels their appointment within 12 hours, they shall be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 hours of consultation shall be paid with 50% refund. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 4 hours before the appointment, 20% refund shall be provided. No refund after 4 hrs of time limit. This policy helps us manage doctor availability and ensures fairness for both healthcare professionals and patients.
Service Issues
If the consultation experience does not align with the description provided such as if the doctor is unavailable, the session is significantly delayed, or the service quality is otherwise unsatisfactory we encourage users to report the issue within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation. Also, the Users shall report to the helpline within 24 hrs before the consultation for any type of cancellation. Once a concern is raised, our team shall promptly review and assess the matter. If the issue is found to be valid and attributable to service shortcomings on our end, we shall offer either a partial or full refund, depending on the nature and severity of the inconvenience caused. Our goal is to ensure trust and reliability in every interaction on the Hosface platform.
Platform Errors
In rare cases where a booking error occurs due to a technical malfunction or system related issue on the Hosface platform such as incorrect scheduling, double bookings, or payment glitches we take full responsibility. If such an error prevents the user from successfully availing the consultation service, a full refund shall be issued without delay. We are committed to maintaining transparency and ensuring a seamless user experience, and as such, all genuine platform-related faults shall be promptly addressed and rectified.
Situations where refunds shall not be issued
Refunds shall not be issued under certain circumstances mentioned here in this paragraph, where the user is at fault. This includes cases of no consultation, where the user fails to attend the scheduled consultation without providing prior notice. Similarly, if a user ends the session or leaves the consultation prematurely without a valid or justifiable reason, they shall not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, any breach of Hosface’ s terms of service such as misuse of the platform, inappropriate behavior, or providing false information shall automatically forfeit the user’s right to claim a refund. These conditions are in place to ensure fairness and accountability for both users and healthcare providers

Users can expect the refunded amount to reflect in their account within 1 to 10 business days, depending on their bank or payment gateway.
